DEVIANT AMPS are a 3-piece psychedelic indie rock band from Essex who have been building up a good live reputation over the last few years. They came together as a three piece in spring 2006. An ep, "Giving It All Away", was released in the summer of 2006. Two songs from this ep, “Give It All Away” and "If You Got Yours, I've Got Mine", went to number 1 in internet charts.

They have played on the same bill as The Damned, Here & Now, Dodgy, Boomtown Rats, Hayseed Dixie, John Otway, Newtown Neurotics, Hot Chip, Neville Staples, Zion Train, Invisible Opera, The Sweet, Gunslinger, NUKLI, Paradise9 among others.

The bands first album, DEVIANCY AMPLIFICATION SPIRAL, was released in May 2008 and is currently available to download from i-tunes or Amazon now. DEVIANT AMPS played many gigs and festivals throughout 2011 and released a download only cover of Walking In The Air in December 2009. They released their second album MAGIC CARPET RIDE in November 2011.
